I just got the call from the bank that we're pre-approved for a loan for the full amount I asked them for. If we do the auto debit feature they'll drop the interest a 1/4% - sign me up for that, duh. 6.75% for 60 months, good to go. Paperwork can be ready for signatures in an hour.
